Matthew’s Development was established in
                    1997 and has an objective of building high quality,
                    traditional homes in the Hadlyme section of
                    East Haddam, Connecticut. 


 
                    Owner, Kevin Matthews has lived in the
                    East Haddam area for over 30 years. Mr. Matthews
                    has designed several subdivisions in Southeastern 
                    Connecticut. His latest project is the development 
                    of a 29-lot subdivision containing 132 acres 
                    known as “Clark HIll Estates. Several private estate
                    home sites available”
